Lines Through my sidebar and two bottom posts - IE issue

I love page lines - have whitehouse which works perfectly for one of my blogs. this other blog though on the first page of the blog has lines through all the text on the side bar and the last two posts. when i go to previous posts there are no lines at all. i have reset the defaults and it is still there. obviously i cannot use this theme on this blog because of this and that's upsetting since i love it so much. can you help. it works fine in firefox by the way - just IE 7 (i dont know about the other versions since this is all i have) the problematic blog is http://yourdoctorsaidwhat.com thanks for any help you can give me. I looked at a markup validator and it appear you have some missing or unclosed tags. In IE7 tags like these are not automatically closed as they are in other browsers. Check to make sure your widgets have titles, and all your html (feature, highlight, etc) has proper markup
