Hi Chuck, What is your current setup? Is the home page the default (posts) page? Or is it a "static" page?

There is a Posts Page template in the TEMPLATE SETUP of your theme options. Use that option for putting the box set on your blog pages. You can also specify which set to use in the global box settings.

Yes.. that makes sense .. here is the challenge though. I have two boxsets. One (box A) of these goes in the universal sidebar and as such is displayed laterally at the bottom of the screen under content. I want the other (Box B) to go in the Primary Sidebar, which is displayed vertically on the side of the Content. I can see how to assign Box A, but there doesn't appear to be a logical way to then assign Box B to the Primary Sidebar running vertically. Suggestions?

By default, box sets only run horizontally, unless there is a CSS fix that allows the boxes to run vertically.
