Allowing Images in Comments?

I would like to allow users to embed images in their comments. Is there a plugin for that? Cannot find any that work in my WP 3.1.2 (I am using PlatformPro). In fact, I love the IMG button on your comment box right here. Exactly what I am looking for, although it would be nice to regulate the size of images somehow). Thanks.
