Google +1 in place of youtube icon in social bar

Is there anyway to place the google +1 button in the social media bar in the same place as the youtube button would be if it was being used? I have seen some other great idea for the google +1 button but I can not get it to look at clean and sleek as the original buttons in the pagelines base / pro. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated . www.mycharlottencrealestate.com

So you need the actual icon itself designed? If you are just trying to place it correctly, you can use the `pagelines_branding_icons_end` hook.
