hrwriter 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2011 Hi All, I'm using the free version of PageLines right now. Current Issue: I want to use the ♦ (black diamond) symbol in a bullet list of items on a page or two. I have entered the html code for it, and it does show up under the visual tab when I do. However, when it comes to showing up on the live webpage, I get ? marks again and then the html reverts back to the ? marks too. Suggestions?
catrina 103 Report post Posted July 8, 2011 What code are you using to implement the diamond in a bullet list and where are you placing that code? Please read the docs before posting. hrwriter 0 Report post Posted July 8, 2011 HI Catrina, Below is the html text for one of the bullet points. I want the black diamond (the code I used is -&-#-9-8-3-0-;- please remove the "-" for the code) where you see the ? mark. I put the code everywhere I see the question mark. HTML CODE: <p style="padding-left: 60px;"><span style="font-family: Times New Roman;">? Need an extra hand with research or keeping your character (and book) elements organized.</span></p>

catrina 103 Report post Posted July 8, 2011 Why don't you try creating a bullet list in the page editor (using the bullet list feature in the visual editor) and use CSS styling to add the bullets to those lists? This can make the job easier for you when it comes to implementing lists that need to have the same bullets. A tutorial can be found here: http://www.alistapart.com/articles/taminglists/ If you need help with setting it up, let me know. Please read the docs before posting.
