How to put a Picture in post blog (full size).

Hey guys, i want to put a picture in the Home page post blogs, like this http://www.adventurekayaking.org/?category_name=kayaks, i put the picture but it looks CROP?. Other thing is the Picture Is ON TOP of the Title. ?????? That don't look good, hhahha. I change the numbers in multimedia, but it's the same. here is my site http://www.aprendermagiagratis.com Someone now Why?

Why is it working for the post beneath it using the same picture?

What?, I put the pic in the Set featured image in the right part of the post editor. But in the home page looks crop and the title is UNDER the Pic, i want the oposite and put the picture full size, you can see my problem in http://www.aprendermagiagratis.com second post. Thx in advance Agustin

Ok i don't know in your browser but in my computer, Chrome, Safari, Firefox they look all the same. I make a fast picture with the diferences i see, What i can fix is: 1 - the Title, in the Kayaking is Perfect, in my page is Under the Picture. 2 - The SIze of the picture, like you can see in the picture in the Kayaking again PERFECT, in my page, is CROP, really is a big peace crop. 3 - The categories and the Text (i think the title too but is no that long) they are With a FIX SIZE, they don't use all the space like in the Kayaking (again Perfect). I hope the picture help, and you can help my with this problem, this kind of design is a lot more visual and is really clean and clear, i really like it. Thx in advance, and you guy are helping m ea lot, mostly Kate, she is really kind. =) Thx again Agustin.

Strange, it's not resizing/turning into a thumbnail. Can you publish another post with a feature image added to it to see if the image resizes?

Ok i Did, another one, and it's the same, i only need THIS for put my site online. here i upload some pic from the control panel Pages and post OPTIONS Multimedia Size Thx again Agustin.

For the thumbnail sizing in the multimedia size options, can change the value to smaller than 900?

The size of the thumbnail is the doesn't matter, because that option is not click and is exacly for that, for "CROP" the thumbnail if i want, i put llike 200 by 200 and i get the result of a normal Thumbnail, i get the picture to the left and all the txt to the right. PLEASE I NEED HELP WITH THIS, is the only think i have left and is driving me crazy, i'm prety sure, that the picture and the text have something to do, because like you can see in my site http://www.aprendermagiagratis.com/ is not only the picture is crop is the Title and the text too. and everthing is Under the picture. PLEASE HELP !!! =).

if you want i change the values so you can see what happens, but i try everything and the result is the same.

Are there any plugins you can deactivate to see if that might fix the problem? Also, which version of iBlogPro are you using?

i just get the Iblog, so i think is the last one. And about the plugins i'm not using nothing fancy, here you have a complete list of all of them. Thx let see if we can fix this. =)

Can you deactivate them one by one? Who knows, one of them might be causing a conflict.

ok I just deactivate all of them, and the problem is the same, i try too, not putting the thumbnail, and putting the image onside of the post, and doesn't work. =(

ok Right now i put the number in mulitmedia in 200, you can see what happends, but if you look even in that way the pictures are "CROP", but the picture of the MAC BOOK PRO, is crop and you can see the design the "PRO" is crop, and the design is wider. What you think if we focus in put the title on top of the picture, first, maybe start for something.=)

My understanding is that you want to place the title and the post info directly above the thumbnail image and leave the excerpt text on the right side of the thumbnail. Is this correct?

Nop, =(, i want this. The Tittle Date CAtegories- etc. PICTURE TEXT, (not all only a resume). Thx for your help. =), i know is hard from that side, i'm trying, i'm sorry, i don't know much. =(

Ah, I see. I thought you wanted the thumbnails to be reduced and cropped. If this is the case, you need to disable the thumbnails in your post page, leave the excerpt setting as it is, and work from there.

You need to add the photos to the blog post and not as thumbnails. Otherwise, they won't show.

Ok the pictue is Inside the post, and doesn't show anyway, you can se the last post for example, i put the picture in the post.

The excerpt also needs to be disabled (in WordPress, images don't show by default when excerpts are enabled).

Sorry, you must also enable full post content in the settings.
