Featured Section Above Content

Hello! I've read a lot of posts about this, but can't get it to work! I'd like to have the Features Slider above the content, while having the primary sidebar to the left. But, I can't seem to get the features slider to not take up the entire width. I've tried adding the features to the header and content area and tweaked with CSS. Funny thing... I got this to work on another site I did www.jerrydellfarm.com and the only difference is that the sidebar is now on the left and in the jerrydell.com site, it's on the right. Please help! Thanks in advance!

I think I might have figured it our for myself!
