Highlight Image Width Padding

I am trying to figure out how I can set it up so my highlight image will span the width of the page and fill in the small white back on each side. My image at the moment is 930px and I believe the width of the site is set at 960px. Here is a link to my site and a close up of what I am trying to do. http://cloud.otshows.com/8BRV I just like the look of the highlight image to space the full width of the page. Is this possible? Thanks!

I don't see the difference with the close up and the actual site

There isn't a difference. I just included both a link and an image. Maybe I should have only provided one. I didn't mean to cause confusion. I just want to get ride of the white space on the left and right of the highlight image. I like the top and bottom white space.
