Can I get one on one help to set up bbpress forum

Hi there. I am new to PlatformPro and bbpress and desperately need some help. After reading the documentation and several forum topics I am still unable to set it up. Is there a possibility to get some one on one help? I can't even begin to explain what I've done...or haven't done. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
