PlatformPro that looks like StationPro

Recommended Posts

This is a question to the designers out there; I'd like to be using PlatformPro instead of StationPro. Long story short, I bought StationPro a few days ago, and there's a few quirks that bother me (one is that it's a dark-ONLY theme, I haven't been able to get it to work properly as a light theme, others are more just that PlatformPro has way more flexibility for the price). TL;DR - Have you successfully been able to make a stock install of PlatformPro look like a stock install of StationPro? If so, do you happen to have the settings file handy? Hopefully Pagelines will get back to me soon and I can get myself a copy of PlatformPro instead of StationPro.

Does anybody have any links to a good reference of the various CSS hooks for PlatformPro that I can use to try to get it to look like StationPro ?

There are links to a good reference for CSS help: http://www.w3schools.com/css/ To get the look of StationPro, you can use Design Control (under Settings) and use CSS to customize the other elements that can't be changed with the settings.

Please read the docs before posting. Please do not private message me unless I ask you to.

I'm reasonably versed in css, what I'm looking for is some kind of summary of the design elements used in the PlatformPro, without having to disassemble the code from top to bottom. I figgured I'm not the first designer to dig into the CSS, so I thought somebody might've published something for the community?

Hi Scott, You're welcome to take a peek at the StationPro files: http://www.pagelines.com/demos/stationpro/ Since each of our themes are different, we don't have stylesheets of one mimicking another. What the developers have been working on is the ability to have our various themes act as child themes of PlatformPro. So, keep your eyes peeled for that.
