How to recreate Home page after deleting it permanently?

Long story short, I deleted the initial "home" page for www.maggierealtyexpert.com - the page that you go to when you type in that domain name. How can I recreate this page? It doesn't seem the permalink let me. Whenever I create a page, the link has to be www.maggierealtyexpert.com/ something / it has to be subfolder of the domain. How I can recreate that main page? Or if I can edit what's currently there, I don't have to have a page for it either. But I don't know what the main domain is pointing to. I don't know where to edit it. Any idea? Thanks!!! Maggie
