Save Options not working correctly

I recently upgraded to Platform Pro 1.5.1 using Platform Base 1.3.2 and the latest version of Wordpress 3.1.4. The saving of changes to Platform Pro Settings is very unpredictable. When I make changes in design control, sometimes the allow dropdown menu box in Head and Nav gets wiped out. In addtion, the default colors in Design Control are not visible on the settings screen. Sometimes, if I Log Out of Wordpress, settings will work, and sometimes, not, even if I have pressed Save Options. Where should I start to debug? I have checked the Disable AJAX Saving and Make Dynamic CSS Inline boxes. This helped some, but it is still

Start by disabling all plugins especially caching plugins to see if something is conflicting.

Thank you, It is working very well now. Can I reactivate the caching plugin now until I need to make further changes to the Pagelines settings?

Yeah, I would deactivate it while you are working on your site so that the pages/settings aren't cached and you can see your changes instantly, and then when your done editing you can reactivate it.
