setting up header with tabs

think firstly help in how to use forum to ask questions in right places ? I have set up platformpro with base as child theme, i have asked how to remove pageline header and inset my own , no problem there , just when i select page type to banner pageline header appears below my header or log , and there are no tabs or page names below my header . i am trying to set up a typical web site style to advertise my plumbng business, a nice header with tabs below header so you guys can view all my stuff on seperate pages , plumbing emergencies , bathroom install showers , kitchens , rewire , and tips to help those in an emergency to save cost. can anyone help me please
