Feature link will not resolve

I tried an experiment with a feature link; I didn't think it would work, but I tried appending target=_"blank" after the feature link URL. Of course, it broke the link. So I removed the extra code. However, now the link will still not go to the page. I can navigate directly to the page, but even with the correct link in that field, the thumbnail just sends me to a "Page cannot be displayed" page in my browser. I have tried deleting the feature altogether and posting a new one. I also tried changing the link by removing the "www" but I get the same results. When I get to the "Page cannot be displayed" page, I copied the URL in the address bar and pasted it into Notepad, and it is the correct URL. I temporarily took the feature down because I don't want my visitors to think I don't know what I'm doing. My website is www.farrelldoc.com and the page that was giving me trouble is www.bonnietexas.gov. I'm using Platform Pro. Thanks, Karen
