Simon 248 Report post Posted June 29, 2011 How have you got no themes installed? you must still have twentyten, switch to that 1st. Using FTP go to wp-content/themes/ you should have twentyten platformpro and platformbase folders. The Wordpress theme updater would have shown an error if there was one, if it was that broken im sure one of the 11 million users would have posted about it on the forums Our updater is nothing custom, it just tells wordpress there is a theme update and supplies wordpress with the updated zip download location. mooihoek 1 Report post Posted June 29, 2011 Ni I havent even got the default one installed, I must have removed it! any ideas on resolving my issue?
Simon 248 Report post Posted June 29, 2011 Well, you could try upgrading wordpress, goto the updates tab and try and force a wordpress update, this would replace your default theme. Use FTP to re-upload the platformpro folder. Download the package 1st from launchpad http://www.pagelines.com/launchpad/member.php

mooihoek 1 Report post Posted June 29, 2011 Yes twentyten is back, then just renamed the platformpro folder under "themes" and then did an upload of the new version.
