Use some CSS like this: ` #footer #simple_footer_nav .terms { float:none; width:100%; text-align:center; } ` Shoot a link over if that doesn't work.

There's something invisible on the left side. It's there, but it's just not showing (it's a list of links). That might be getting in the way. You can probably add this CSS to take it out:

ul#simple_footer {display: none;}

Is Simple Footer some kind of plugin?

The simple footer navigation is part of the site footer template through platformpro. If I remove it, the terms go away.

sorry my code was showing you how to align the terms, didn't realize you also need the page list to go away as you described in title of post.
