How to add secondary navigation to a category page?

I have a category page and the secondary naviagtion is not displayed. It works on all pages but the category page. Here is a link: http://nwcoc1.themarketingcrew.com/?category_name=recent-articles Does anyone have a suggestion about how to get that menu to display? Or A place to look in the code where the category page is called so that I might be able to kludge a solution? Thanks!
