Design control bug

Every time i enter to setting.. all the design control is resetted! I have to RE-Enter all the color code! I dont know why. Would you please help me?

Instead of entering the hex code directly in the field, you have to click on the color box and when the color selector pops up, you enter your hex code at the bottom of it.

Hi Jimmy... a see everythink before contact forum, i think... You can see by yourself at this link there is 'Leave a comment' but nothing appen.. in template setup the comment form is insert in everypage and post and is set to show everytime then i can hide in specific page or post.. but all is ok!

Yes.. i do.. in general i choose the color.. and appera '#' and the box color became the same i choosed but when i have to change something in setting menu.. i enter and all the box is colored correcly but without this simbol '#' i dont know if is important or not.. but when i change what i have to change and i SAVE.. the color of the site change to default and not mine! Thats all! Than what i have to do every time.. i have to entrer.. to choose every box color, click on the code down the box that appear, touch 'narrow down, or left or right or up' in my pc and the '#' appear .. this for every box.. after SAVE and then i can move between the setting menu without lost the color setting.. till i exit and i close the browser window!

You don't have to add the # symbol when you are entering the hex code color value in the boxes in Design Control. Did you upgrade recently?

Listen Catrina.. i'm not technical.. when i choosed the color for my site, i just use the circle in the table and, when you do.. in the space where you see the hex code appear automatically the #.. when this simbol isnt there al my site have default color in grey. for example.. now i open the setting and i change something in some sub menu.. when i save all my site is in grey then i have to open the design color menu, click on the cube on the left, wait the a little window appear, click on hex code in it, push on my keyboard, in the left part, you know, the 'narrow up or down or left or right, and magically appear the # in the rectangle down at the right of the colored square. when i finish to do for all the part of the site i save and all magically its ok. Know you can understand why i ask in the forum.. is not if im stupid or not.. its a bug that i would like to fix cause im tired to do every time this procedure.

Can you try upgrading your theme to see if it resolves your issue? (It may even resolve your comment form issue)

How i can do if i dont have the ftp access.. I can do using wp?

How i can upgrade it? cause i can send the file to my tech and he can do for me but there is some step to do? He just upload all and stop or there is more secure way?

Just PlatformPro. You can only upgrade using FTP because if you use WP, you'll get an error about the destination folder already existing. Are you familiar with using FTP?
