Political Campaign Disclaimer

I need to insert a Political Campaign Disclaimer graphic into the footer of a site I am using WhiteHouse Pro on that looks like this: How do I go about adding the disclamer and can this also be done on the Free version of WhiteHouse? I'm working on another site where the client wanted to use the free version because it is a local campaign. Thanks in advance for your help

You can add that graphic to the Site Terms Statement box in Footer Options. You must add it using this HTML: ``
