Secondary navigation bar in category pages

Im looking to enable the secondary navigation bar on all my pages including the category pages. It is enabled in template setup, site header however it wont show up in my category pages http://www.danceyrselfclean.com/

By default, the secondary navigation doesn't show in all pages even if it's placed in the Site Header template. Several others have encountered this in their themes, too. I'm sure someone has recommended that it be fixed, but I can mention again.

Ok thanks, is there a work around at all. Ive searched other posts but cant seem to find one

Perhaps there is a hook you can add to the header containing code that can display the secondary navigation.
