subnav bar to show on the blog page?

The WHP2 demo page: the Blog, shows a sub nav bar with Category 1,2,3 etc. I was wondering how to get that? I tried doing some hierarchy things in my posts but to no avail. Any help would be great! Thanks and sorry if I am missing something really simple here...

You can add subnav categories in the theme options. It will ask you to enter category IDs which you can find by navigating to your categories page and clicking on each one The ID will then be listed at the end of the URL for whatever category you clicked.

Hi Adam, I tried that and it isn't working. I can't find the category IDs, just the post IDs. And the post IDs don't work. Thoughts?
