not able to make pluggins work

Each time I install a pluggin and activate it, I cannot access my admin anymore and I have delete the pluggin. Is this a known issue? Is there a solution... It is driving me crazy! 1.5 Pro

Your PHP memory limit is only 32M, talk to your host.
