Size issue with JS file

Recommended Posts

marketraise

We are using iblogpro4_dev theme & our website loading speed is high due jquery-ui.custom.js file. See the following link http://tools.pingdom.com/fpt/?url=www.marketraise.com&treeview=0&column=objectID&order=1&type=0&save=true We have suppressed most of the images & css files but when we suppress the above JS file the alignment of the template gets distorted . Please help us on this so that we can reduce the size of this JS and increase website load time. Please help us out.

It would make hardly any difference, your last image is loading 0.3 seconds before the end of that js file. so even if you get rid of the js, you are only going to save 0.3s. Remember images and js are normally cached by the browser so next pageload would be significantly faster. You could employ CDN caching if you want to offload the images and js.
