Feature Background Image doesn't turn up in Internet Explorer

Except one particular image, all the images that i've used in the feature for the home page are not turning up on internet explorer. The plain black background turns up. any ideas?

Hi Angad, What file type are the photos? JPEG? And, were they originally exported as JPEGs, or did you manually rename them such? IE can be a little quirky with images. If you can, perhaps try re-exporting or re-saving them.

Hi Kate, The pictures were jpegs, but i think what was causing the problem was that they were heavy images and cmyk-based, once i saved them as rgb images from photoshop and replaced them (they were much smaller in size) so now its working. Thank you.
