Confused about Customization

I have the FlickrRSS plugin installed and it works fine, but I wanted the carousel to be displayed on all the pages. Currently I can only seem to select it from sub-page B. Do you have any sort of on-line manual for idiots like me who really are just getting our feet wet but are fully committed to learning? Perhaps you could recommend a book or video? Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

We are currently have some videos in the works. Some are already posted at our blog I think you are just not assigning the page templates correctly. Also check out our documentation If you provide a link I can tell you where you're going wrong
