Cant add image to post summary

I can't add an image to my post summary. i tried using the Set Feature Image on my post but It give me a pop up stating, :are you sure you want to do this?" And below it it says, "Please try again." Which is a hyper-link page back to the edit page of the post. Please help...

Can you post a screenshot of that screen and popup? Just tried to add an image to a post with the "use as featured image" link in WHP 3.1.5, and it's working fine here.

Can you try deactivating all plugins?
