  1. Hi,   I am using Pagelines 2.4.1 and migrated my site last night live. The sidebar areas (Primary, Secondary, etc) are no longer able to be customized per a template.   When I change SB1 on any template it changes universially through out my site.   Website URL:  www.novarelibrary.com WordPress Version: WordPress 3.5.1. Plugins in Use: Broken Link Checker, Duplicator (what we used to move the site over), Easy Contact Forms and NextGen Gallery.  (Note - I removed Next Gen and tried to see if it fixed the issue and it did not :( ) Server/Host: HostGator Screenshots: Jing Video - https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B7-TbEK4D5B5N0R5SzdJaDBTdGs/edit?usp=sharing   Thank you for your help! 2. Looking for a Widget

    Hy there   I am quite new with page lines and wordpress and I hope I am in the right forum with my question.   I want to add a widget in the sidebar like the "premium partner" on the site http://tbb-trier.de Do you know what widget they have used. 4. I have adapted the existing Twitter widget so that it can display the newer Twitter badges available here: http://twitter.com/badges I am having a problem with the code. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the contents of the section.php file: http://paste.pagelines.com/6x9 The twitter username and widget ID can be set from the meta panel. Currently the Twitter badge is not displaying for me even though as far as I can tell it should be working. I can't figure out what is wrong. I am very new to Pagelines & PHP so it could be something simple! If we can make it work I plan to offer it up for free at the Pagelines store.
  5. Hi all, I'm currently using Crackbar for my fixed navbar, and full-width sidebar for an additional text area beneath my footer (Footer Column Sidebars). What I need to do is create an area under Crackbar that can include a search function (preferably just the search widget, not a plugin), and other uses, including maybe a slider or image/logo. Point is, I'm not sure what to use now that Full Width Sidebar has been used. When I click Drag & Drop / Header, there's nothing to choose from that would allow any of the above. Any ideas? Maybe a Section that I don't see in the Store? Thanks for your time.
  6. Hi guys. Idea for all you super devs. I can NOT be the only person who needs a search. I ended up w a small widget called "Taxonomy Filter Widget" after searching for weeks. It's not much, but it's all I could find. So, researching pulls up that I'm looking for Multiple Drop downs for Custom Taxonomies, search and filter custom taxonomies, build custom queries using dropdowns of cats and custom taxonomies....phew. Eg., "Find a Restaurant' and then drill down by 'Cuisine', 'Neighborhood", etc. Look on the left on this guy's Wordpress site: http://www.freewilliamsburg.com/ It seems that there are lots of these for Realtors. Anyway, I bet they'd fly out the door. Thanks.
  7. Sidebar spacing

    Is there a way to reduce the padding between widget boxes (as in, between universal and secondary sidebars). I need to bring the calendar widget higher up to meet the widget in the sidebar above. Website is here: http://pl.hogacrecommon.org.uk Thanks!
  8. I want my widgets to each have a different look and feel. I have managed to change the background, text and border colors of all my widgets as a group. But as soon as I am trying to customize them individually it won't work.
  9. Hi I'd like to have some help with custom css. I'd like to have a line under the nav bar and widget titles like on this site: http://heavenorshell.se/ Also between posts, like here: http://blogs.adobe.com/ Could you advise? Thanks
  10. Last week I added dutch translation to my PageLines setup as found in the documentation. Today I wanted to enable the tertiary sidebar on a page but instead of showing the widgets I added to it it kept telling me that there were no widgets selected. After researching the issue together with PL support we found that, oddly, the translation was causing this unexpected behaviour. So for me the temporary workaround is to just use the english version but obviously this is an issue somehow. Hope you guys can find and fix the issue. Thanks! Marijn
  11. I wanted to add the social icons in my footer and can't figure out how to make it work. I found an earlier post with some code, which i put into a full width sidebar but it didn't seem to work (see attachment) Here's the code I used: <section class="section-branding"><div class="texture"><div class="content"><div class="content-pad"><div class="branding_wrap fix"><div class="<span class="searchlite">icons</span>" style="bottom: 12px; right: 1px;"> <a target="_blank" href="https://www.facebook.com/pages/Michelle-Kim-Studio/592412917441733" class="facebooklink"><img src="http://YOURURL.com/wp-content/themes/pagelines/sections/branding/facebook.png" alt="Facebook"/></a> </div></div> <script type="text/javascript"> jQuery(&#39;.<span class="searchlite">icons</span> a&#39;).hover(function(){ jQuery(this).fadeTo(&#39;fast&#39;, 1); },function(){ jQuery(this).fadeTo(&#39;fast&#39;, 0.5);}); </script> Is there any other way to do this?

  18. Right Rail Widget Styling

    Hi there, I'm trying to modify the styles of the right rail widget and have found the attributes in Firebug, but am unable to find the selector (#) Here are the attributes I am trying to modify to make the heading bigger, remove the extra padding, add a slight grey background, and a thing rounded border. .widget .widget-title { color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.7); margin-bottom: 0.6em; padding: 3px 8px 3px 0; text-align: left; When I add a value to change the size of the heading or the color and add to the Custom CSS code, the changes are not reflected upon save. 20. Hello everyone, I've done a quick search and so far the information I've found has been helpful (I've installed Widget Logic), but I'm still looking for something very specific and I'm wondering if this is possible and you may be able to help me. On my site, I'd like to have product reviews but also information pages. In the sidebar for the product reviews I'd like to add a list of pros and cons, an image, and perhaps in time links to where the product can be bought. Is there a way, that when I create a post or a page, there is a form below the main text area in which I could input this information; so say, a text field for pros where I can create the HTML list, a field to enter an image URL? and that this gets stored with the post/page data and is dynamic so I don't have to code the sidebar every time. Thanks, E
