Hi All, Just installed JigoShop all seems to be well but i cant seem to see or enable product image, had a route round on here and on the jigo site but still no joy. Basically the right hand box that i am presuming should be under the tags box is not there i have read on these forums some people have added code to there functions.php file is this still needed or should it now be working with version 1.6.0 which i am running. Hi there, I am having an issue with the layout editor in my settings. When I click on a layout in "configure layout dimmensions," the dimension boxes disapear and I'm only left with the option to "reset layout to default." When I refresh this settings page, the abilty to change the dimmesions returns, although it doesn't reflect what the site is currently set to (or the layout option I choose in the above "Default Layout Mode." My goal is to choose a different layout and be able to alter the dimensions, but I'm unable to actually ever get these options to appear and take effect. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? How can I get a subscription widget or plugin working on my blog page? I don't want to disrupt the post pages themselves but only the page I set to list my blog entries? I can't seem to use a conventional widget since it won't let me add a sidebar or alternative formatting to the main blog page. Please help. Thank you.

After I updated my site http://criminologia.de from the PlatformPro theme to the latest version of the Framework the sidebar is displayed below the content. The layout is set to "Responsive with Pixel Width" and the design mode to "Full-Width Sections". The default layout is set to one sidebar on the right hand side. Any ideas what might cause this problem?

Hello: I am using a Platform Pro which I have been using for a few years. I would like to hide the author name and date of the posts ONLY in the homepage (in the sngle posts they should be displayed normally). The other thing is that I would like to remove the default "By" before the author name. I believe this is feasible using the Custom CSS but have been trying without luck. Can some of you offer me help? I've went through the forum to see if I could find the solution, but none worked for me. Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi there, I have been using Platform Pro for a while for my website - Http://LetsDoEnglish.com. It's been working well. However, recently I completely reinstalled my site to get rid of some problems I was having. When I did, Pagelines began creating a '#' symbol after all of my URLs. Now when I do a page speed check, google is redirecting from the root URL/ to root URL/#. I called my hosting company (hostmonster) and they said they had never heard of it. I checked all over Wordpress forums and no one had ever seen it. And finally, when I installed another theme, the # sign disappeared at the end of my URLs. What's going on here? Thank you for your help.

I need a fix for features that do not appear on the page (http://www.kingcreativedesign.com/logo-design-los-angeles). Sometimes they show up for a second, then they disappear. Thanks, Michele

The blog page on Platform Pro uses the default template. How do I locate that template? I would like to create a blog page that allows me to have a highlighted area at the top of the page but the default prevents me from doing this. Any ideas, anybody?

Is there a way to use css to target only a single line. For example, I need to make some space between the top and bottom row. How would I do this? I also notice that the highlighting of the selected image only works in firefox. Is that common?

I have a few sites that I'm still using platform pro/platform base with and they have all started to have problems. I've been blaming it on my hosting server... but the problems continue and seem to go away when I switch to a default template. My biggest problem is with www.hotelmiramarpr.com which keeps becoming very slow and showing just the header and the menu bar... The feature slider and footer are both completely missing. Sometimes, I get a message that No Posts Available. I used to be able to fix it by switching back to the default template, then back to Platform Base and resetting the home page to a static page (Home). This would work for a day and then the same problem occurs with the header/menu only and either a blank screen or the No Posts Available message. Today, I did the same process to reset - but I just get the header and menu. If I navigate to a page, I'm fine... all content is there... I've checked the feature sets and page template is set to feature page. I'll be moving to a new server in the next few weeks, but would like to get this stable in the meantime. ps. Wordpress and all plugins are updated to latest versions... I've deactivated all plugins and the problem persists. Wordpress toolbar is not displaying above the site when I go between dashboard and site... so maybe is something with latest version of wordpress? Thanks! www.hotelmiramarpr.com

I have installed teachpress at our non-profit site wccaucus.org I cannot get the publications to list conventionally using the teachpress shortcodes. Does anyone have experience of using teachpress &/or bibtex post entries with Platform Pro who can mentor me past my display problem? The page I have having trouble with is http://wccaucus.org/apa-annual-meeting/staging-bibtex-scheduled-talks/ It is centered (do not want) and not displaying all fields that are entered.
