  1. Nick I have purchased both Coming Soon and Shortcodes and love them. I am trying to get my head wrapped around DMS. Right now my stumbling block is customizing the colors of navbar. I can't seem to get the changes to work in Safari and IE so I would rather cut my losses and buy a navigation bar from you that I can customize the colors. Is navable fully color customizable without a bunch of custom CSS?   Thank you in advance for your answer and great work.
  2. Navable Menu Collapse

    I am having a strange issue where the Navable menu appears to be collapsed into a list.  This has been the case since the first time I dropped the section into the header.  I can't figure out what I'm missing.  Appreciate the help.   Screencap: https://www.dropbox.com/s/2j1tcjhywb8r2ob/navable.png
  3. Logo In Navable Menu

    Hey Nick, I've been looking to do something like how Mashable did their mobile menu - and when I saw this I realized you took the work out of my work.  Thanks!   I need to add a logo to the navable nav bar.  See here for an example: http://cinsay.com/   I tried adding the following to the "description" part of the WordPress menu for my home option... but no dice.   <a href="http://accelbusinesssolutionsllc.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://accelbusinesssolutionsllc.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/06/logo-trans-tall-big-no-glow_small.png" height="90"/></a> How would I do that?   The website is is http://accelbusinesssolutionsllc.com   Thanks in advance!
  4. currently navable turns into the mobile friendly navigation at approx 766px... how can I change it so that it happens at 1024px?
  5. Hi Again, So I'm trying to strip the navable menu down to just text and flat color, no gradients or shadows. I can't seem to find anymore shadows or gradients in the navable style.less or the compiled result, so I guess its inheriting the box-shadow, from elsewhere... the pagelines core? I know you're not in the business of helping people tweak their CSS but if you know offhand what direction to point me in, it would be much appreciated the compiled CSS shows this: -I'm just not clear where all the box-shadow stuff is coming from as I have removed all of them from the navable style.less #ba-navable .main-nav li.current-menu-item, #ba-navable .main-nav li:active, .ba-navable-menu li.current-menu-item, .ba-navable-menu li:active { -webkit-box-shadow: inset 6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1),inset -6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1); -moz-box-shadow: inset 6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1),inset -6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1); box-shadow: inset 6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1),inset -6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1); background-color: #f6f6f6; background-image: -moz-linear-gradient(top,#fafafa,#f0f0f0); background-image: -ms-linear-gradient(top,#fafafa,#f0f0f0); background-image: -webkit-gradient(linear,0 0,0 100%,from(#fafafa),to(#f0f0f0)); background-image: -webkit-linear-gradient(top,#fafafa,#f0f0f0); background-image: -o-linear-gradient(top,#fafafa,#f0f0f0); background-image: linear-gradient(top,#fafafa,#f0f0f0); background-repeat: repeat-x; filter: progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.gradient(startColorstr='#fafafa', endColorstr='#f0f0f0', GradientType=0); } #ba-navable .main-nav li.current-menu-item a, #ba-navable .main-nav li:active a, .ba-navable-menu li.current-menu-item a, .ba-navable-menu li:active a { color: rgba(26,7,26,0.85); } #ba-navable .main-nav li:first-child.current-menu-item, #ba-navable .main-nav li:first-child:hover, .ba-navable-menu li:first-child.current-menu-item, .ba-navable-menu li:first-child:hover { -webkit-box-shadow: inset -6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1); -moz-box-shadow: inset -6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1); box-shadow: inset -6px 0 6px -6px rgba(0,0,0,0.1); } #ba-navable .main-nav .sub-menu, .ba-navable-menu .sub-menu { z-index: 99; position: absolute; top: -99999px; left: 0; float: left; width: 160px; opacity: 0; filter: alpha(opacity=0); -webkit-transition: opacity .25s ease-in-out; -moz-transition: opacity .25s ease-in-out; -ms-transition: opacity .25s ease-in-out; -o-transition: opacity .25s ease-in-out; transition: opacity .25s ease-in-out; margin: 0; -webkit-box-shadow: 1px 1px 2px rgba(0,0,0,0.15); -moz-box-shadow: 1px 1px 2px rgba(0,0,0,0.15); box-shadow: 1px 1px 2px rgba(0,0,0,0.15); }

  7. Got it sorted. For other folks...Answer below
  8. Dumb question; How do I make a parent menu item that is itself not a page but only a category for other pages to link to as children dropdowns?
  9. Hi there, I've been looking around since installing the plugin and haven't been able to find where to set the base color. I looked under Site Options and nothing...what am I missing? Thanks in advance! Thanks! Tan
  10. I´d like to start first with the compliments that i do generally think that the menu has potential & looks quite cool. The negative side: To majority the "auto-color option" is insufficient for use in CVI environments. From this problem the questions arise - due to the fact that the code is quite complex. I do need some urgent help to make some changes - but how? how to change font color/hover of "page slide" ... because the color difference is too minimal how to change background of "page slide" how to change font/hov color of the main menu how to remove drop-shadows of main menu best regards & thanks in advance ,Michael
  11. Mobile Menu not loading

    Nick, you are a great plugin producer, let me start with that. Thanks for your patience as I deploy your sections/plugins across my network. So, I've used the navable plugin on two separate sites now, on one, it is working perfectly (ecd.transformecommunications.com) but on the other (redwoodpark.ca/home) it isn't working at all. The only differences between the two that I can think of is that the second site is running WP Multisite and content was imported from another site, menus included. I've gone in and set the menu in the menus area and also saved the menu as well in case that was an issue. I can't think of why I might be getting this issue on one site but not the other. Any ideas? Thanks.
  12. Hey There, So, I created a fantastic looking (IMO) navbar using the great navable section but for some reason, the drop down menu is displaying underneath other content. For example, if I put my navbar above the branding, when I hover over a dropdown menu, the menu opens underneath the branding div. If I put the navbar underneath the branding then the dropdown menu opens underneath the slider I haven on my page. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, James. http://www.screencast.com/t/oyu4eKxJlya
  13. This beautiful plug has a problem that probably can be fixed in the CSS but it should be nicer if it just works. (there is no proper prefix for it so I had to put it in a random prefixed forum)
