  2. Mobile Menu Width

  3. Hi, I have been trying to use Google Custom search on my pagelines enabled website. I have created the engine, I have created a custom page on my site for the search form and results. On the page template i have used custom template with content boxes where i have injected the script in one of the boxes as injecting the script directly in the page content is not really possible. Also, i would like not to edit any php files from the core as i just want control over the search page from dashboard. As seen in other forums around here, there are some problems displaying the search button icon and on my case also a glow around the search input. Check this link for the image please. https://www.dropbox.com/s/qwcruaxksntt5sy/pagelinesvsCSE.png What is the best way to inject a script in pages / content boxes in order to have no conflicts with the preloaded styles from pagelines? I want to use V2 of the script and not version 1 of the GCS as advanced css customization will offer some visual advantages but no functions advantages. Can the framework have an update that will allow scripts injected in sections? AS FOR AN EXAMPLE - Google Blogger on edit template has a button that just let's you select the section of the page you want to edit by selecting it from a drop down and displaying the php code from that region of the page so you can put your custom code scripts there. Would work great with custom templates in framework here. People could insert their ad scripts, search engines scripts or any other kind of scripts without the need of extra trouble. For this problem I DO NOT WANT TO USE ANY MORE EXTRA PLUGINS that moderators usually recommend, I DO NOT WANT FOR EVERY PROBLEM to have an alternative in the PAGELINES SHOP to purchase . The framework should work on it's basic form with the most common scripts out there and have ways to read them and load their settings / styles instead of overriding them. As for a P.S. The theme still needs to better work with Jetpack (Downloads: 5,438,322 - YES 5 MILLIONS) and in my case better support for content width in galleries. 2 FRAMEWORK UPDATES AND PROBLEM STILL NOT SOLVED SINCE THREAD OPENED. FONT AWESOME still not updated since the last 2 framework updates since font awesome major update.
  4. IE8 Custom CSS

li#menu-item-770.menu-item.menu-item-type-custom.menu-item-object-custom.menu-item-770 { display:none; display:inline !important/9; } The above css is not working. I tried 9 and /9 and neither is responding. I would like text to appear in the NavBar on IE8 but only there. So I did the display:none for other browsers. I got this code to work a few months ago but for some reason it won't work anymore. I also tried adding #page before the tag. Help! -James www.lifeservicesspokane.org
  5. Wicker Display

Hi there, I am currently using the Wicker Section in my website and it is awesome! However, I originally had my layout set up as a "Responsive with Pixel Width" and the "Full-width Sections" in the pagelines admin. I changed it to "Static" so that when a browser window was smaller it would look the same. I was told that my Wicker section should still stay full width but now it is cut off at the same point as my content. Can you tell me how I would be able to keep it in full width mode? Thanks! www.trifuse.org

  7. I've been trying to work this out for two days and am just baffled. I would like my custom post type archives to display using the same style as categories. Here's what a category listing looks like on my site. This display is also working for all http://www.village-art-antiques.com/mapregions/europe/ However the listing for the archive of all posts that belong to the custom post type "antique maps" - looks like this: I'd really like it to use the same style as the category and custom taxonomires. In particular, although I'm pulling featured images which are large, they are getting resized. http://www.village-art-antiques.com/antiquemap/ I'm using the Views plugin, and this is what the view code looks like. Featured images should be displaying larger. I can't figure out how to get that. Is there a way to tell this to use same style as the other page. [wpv-layout-start] [wpv-posts-found] <!-- wpv-loop-start --> <table width="100%"> <wpv-loop wrap="2" pad="true"> [wpv-item index=1] <tr><td>[wpv-post-featured-image]<br>[wpv-post-link]<br>[wpv-post-excerpt]</td> [wpv-item index=other] <td>[wpv-post-featured-image]<br>[wpv-post-link]<br>[wpv-post-excerpt]</td> [wpv-item index=2] <td>[wpv-post-featured-image]<br>[wpv-post-link]<br>[wpv-post-excerpt]</td></tr> [wpv-item index=pad] <td></td> [wpv-item index=pad-last] <td></td></tr> </wpv-loop> </table> ---------- And this is what Firebug is showing me on the pages where the images are sized correctly: <div class="full_img fix"> <a class="post-thumb img fix" style="width: 100%" title="Link To The Port of Calais" rel="bookmark" href="http://www.village-art-antiques.com/antiquemap/the-port-of-calais/"> <span class="c_img"> <img class="attachment-large wp-post-image" width="450" height="373" alt="FULL" src="http://www.village-art-antiques.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/bhcalaisfull.jpg"> I think I need to use one of those classes somehow, but I can't figure out where and how. I tried it like this - but that didn't work: <tr><td><div class="full_img fix">[wpv-post-featured-image]<br>[wpv-post-link]<br>[wpv-post-excerpt]</class></td> I realize this is a mix match of Views and Pagelines queries, but would be very grateful for your help!
  8. Hey guys! I am using the modal shortcode on a website but I am having an issue with the display on mobile devices. What happens is that when the modal opens on the iphone or ipad, it displays on the top of the screen, and not in the middle (as it does in the desktop). Since I have the buttons on the footer, when I click on them in my mobile devices, I gotta scroll back all the way up in order to see it. I tried to avoid using the modal in the mobile version but I cant think of a better solution. Any ideas?
  9. On my website https://travelcafe.co.nz/ I have a slideshow that is not resizing properly when you are viewing the website on mobile device. If you take a look at http://matadornetwork.com/ which are also using pagelines and have a slideshow when their website is viewed on mobile device the slideshow is replaced with a simple blog style layout of the slides. I would like to achieve the same. Do you have any suggestions how to achieve that?
  10. Dear Support, Since I've updated the PageLines plugin from 1.2.4 to the current version 1.2.5, the Standard NavBar is displayed in some kind of blue gradient in IE9, instead of the configured "Black Transparent (default)". This only happens in IE9, FF15 correctly displays the Standard NavBar. You can compare yourself using IE9 and FF15 going to www.muenchen-webdesign.de, or compare the following image snippets (showing the problem in IE9 on the left and the correct display in FF15 on the right, respectively): In order to check for possible reasons for this issue, I temporarily changed the Standard NavBar theme from "Black Transparent (default)" to some of the other options available through the PageLines admin pages (e.g. "Orange"). But when I did this, the NavBar's are displayed identically on IE9 and FF15, so it seems this issue only occurs with the setting of "Black Transparent (default)". I then switched back to "Black Transparent (default)" - no change, IE9 still displays it incorrectly in that blue gradient, while FF15 still displays it correctly. Additionally I found, that switching to another Standard NavBar theme (Orange, Blue, Light Grey) moves the menue items (text) aprox. 50-100px to the right. In other words, it produces an additional margin space to the left of the first menu item text ("Willkommen", in my case). This doesn't happen with the default of "Black Transparent (default)", interestingly. Again, I emphasize here, that before updating to 1.2.5 everything was fine with the NavBar - so I really assume, that this is some sort of bug introduced with the 1.2.5 code. Can you please fix this problem (bug?) or help me in finding a workaround for this (e.g. by using custom CSS)? Thanks in advance, Franz
