When I built my site, I was able to connect to the store to add plugins and even join the Live Chat.  I built my site on my own staging server and then moved it to a production server.  I thought that the move might have been the issue, but I just tested on my staging site as well as one of my other sites and I am unable to connect to the store or the live chat.   Is this a result of the new DMS or is something else going on?   Also, how is that your website doesn't have support contact email information anywhere other than this forum?   Thanks, Scott   Username: Munts and Username: circ2013   Yes, I have two accounts and the my most recent account is circ2013 that I purchased just a few weeks before DMS was launced and I signed up for Developer Pro, and Plus...
