Help. Just purchased platform pro. Installed new wordpress per instructions and without any problems. When trying to install platform pro, keep getting failure messages, e.g. unable to create directory, unable to copy file. etc. Tried changing permissions from 755 to 777 for directories or files in question, but it keeps happening for different files. The installation video makes it look so easy, without any need to manipulate file permissions. Why isn't our installation working like that, and what can we do?

Are you trying to install using the wordpress built in theme installer? If so you host may have very restrictive security in place, not allowing wordpress to create directories and copy files etc. Try installing via FTP, try Filezilla, unzip the folder on yopur local machine so you have a folder called `platformpro/` with all the theme files and folders inside it, then upload the whole folder to the wordpress themes folder. Typically `public_html/wp-content/themes/`.
