Internet Explorer 6 Issues

Using PlatformPro 1.3.1 and have my site nearly ready to launch. Just checked it out for the first time in IE6 - everything is out of alignment and displaying oddly on the page (see screenshots below).

Since it's so close to being complete I hate to "tinker" too much with any CSS. Hoping someone can help me pin-point the problem and recommend a solution. Thanks in advance!

Support for ie6 isn't required anymore, sites like Google, Facebook aren't supporting it. Because is requires a huge amount of setup, debugging, etc.. on our part to support it, we have decided to focus on forward thinking CSS3/HTML5 rather than waste time with IE6. Have you considered just adding a ie6 detection script/plugin?
