Just curious if you can recommend a good Help Desk app for handling our customer service queries. We're using HelpSpot and are less than impressed. The email handling is a mess, with constant circular references. We are looking for something that handles: 1) Incoming emails to our email address 2) Automatically generates a tracking or case number 3) Has a knowledge-base capability (add responses to the base for easy re-use). thanks in advance...

The solution to support tickets: zendesk.com. Blows away every other solution.

Ya we looked at ZenDesk and Tender... would say ZenDesk is the better of the two.. We will be adding an 'on-server' option to PageLines in the next month or so. It will do ticket handling etc..
