I would like to decrease the horizontal padding in the header nav buttons but I can't find where I need to edit this - can you point me in the right direction. Thanks.

Which theme are you using and do you mind sending a live link?

Add this to the Custom CSS Code field found in the 'iBlogPro Options > Custom Code'panel:

Adjust '22px' for the right margin, and '20px' for the left.

Let me know if that wasn't what you wanted to adjust. :)
