DMS 2 Navi on ipad in portrait

Question

Posted · Report post

I'm using the Navi section on a site I'm working on and it looks fine on the ipad when its held horizontally but when your turn the ipad to portrait there is a massive gap that appears above the menu. The menu goes on to 2 lines when viewed this way which is fine but the massive gap above the menu doesn't look good.

There is also a gap down the right hand side - all of the content of the site appears to be 'padded' away from the edge of the screen and there is a white gap down that side.

I'm using WP 3.9.1 and DMS 2.1.1

I can provide the url and a screen shot privately if requested.

Many thanks :)

Hi Danny,

It looks like its the css/less I added to increase the menu font size - if I go over a certain size it adds the gap above the menu for some reason. I think I can live with it being a little bit smaller unless you can suggest anything further??

Here is what I've added to adjust the font...if I go to 1.0em it causes the problem.

.section-navi ul {
  font-size: 0.95em!important;
}

Many thanks!
