I would like to be able to brand the theme name. logo, author and site like on http://underscores.me/

I use http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ a lot to see what theme someone has.

Do you want to hide the fact that you are using DMS when someone runs you site through http://whatwpthemeisthat.com/ ?

Yeah this isn't possible as far as I know, because if you change any of that information, which is part of the core files it may well break everything. We also do not recommend editing of the core files nor support it.

 

You're free to use a child theme such as the basic one I created and edit the information on that child themes style.css file, but a user who knows what they're looking for will still be aware that the site is powered by DMS.
