Hi there, have you managed to resolve this since posting. When i view the checkout confirmation page I see the following - http://screencast.com/t/UQan4swwh

No, it is still happening. It is fine when not logged in or logged in as user other than admin.

As soon as I log in as admin the success page is broken when order is placed.

I think it might be something with jquery.

event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.

It seems to only do it browsers that you can edit DMS with i.e. Chrome and Opera.

Safari and Firefox work fine.

Can you disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and see if this resolves your issue. If it doesn't, then please enable DMS Debug mode.

Also, this:

event.returnValue is deprecated. Please use the standard event.preventDefault() instead.

is an issue in jQuery which has already been fixed, but Wordpress hasn't updated to that version yet.

You will need to resolve this problem from your debug info before we can proceed as it may well be the cause of your issue.

PHP Open basedir restriction
Yes! This can cause issues if it is not setup correctly
/usr/wwws/users/themeyxhqe:/usr/www/users/themeyxhqe:/usr/home/themeyxhqe:/usr/local/rmagic:/usr/www/users/he/_system_:/usr/share/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/share/www:/usr/share/misc

Contact your host and ask them to fix this problem.

Contacted them and received this :

The 'open_basedir' error referenced in your email below refers to content being located at the '/usr/wwws/users/themeyxhqe' path.  Because your hosting account doesn't have SSL enabled, this path doesn't exist on the Hetzner server.

I don't want SSL enabled (well at least not now while developing).

Is this not a problem with DMS because it only does it when the DMS Admin user is logged in.

Any other user that is logged in but doesn't have access to DMS appears to display fine.

OR could this be any issue with woocommerce?
