Hi there,

I have a pre sales question about the scroll nav plugin.

What I want it to do is this.

I want it to stick to the top of a section which is underneath the stock Fixed DMS Nav Bar.

scroll nav would then have two menu items both linking to external pages.

It's for an event page that I want a more info link and register now link to stick to the top but not be a part of the main navigation.

Thanks in advance for your reply,

Joseph

Hello, Joseph.

1. Not sure that I understand correctly. Scroll Nav should be placed under section X and should stick to Fixed NavBar when you scroll? Please provide more info or a screenshot.

2. Not possible at the moment to have two external links. But I am preparing an update today and I will add this possibility.

Also, please provide DMS version you are using. There will be changes for DMS 2.0

regards,

Bestrag

Hi Bestrag,

Thanks for quick reply!

It sounds like you are understanding just fine:

1) Scroll Nav should be placed under section X and should stick to Fixed NavBar when you scroll
2. I am preparing an update today and I will add this possibility.

Sorry no screen shot available because it's a pre sales question I just wanted to check if that is what it would do before purchase.

I am currently using DMS 1.1.8 and will upgrade to 2.0 when it available for me to do so.

So you updating that 2 external link option today then?

What will change in how this plugin functions in DMS 2.0?

Thanks,

Joseph

Scroll Nav can act as you want. You can place it anywhere on the page, and it will stick to the bottom of the header (or fixed elements).

Yes, today will be update with option to add multiple external links.

The update will be for DMS 2.0.

Major difference will be regarding icons, because dms 2.0 uses fontAwsome 4.0.3. In other words, icons will not work in updated Scroll Nav if you use dms 1.x

@onespirit

Scroll Nav DMS update (ver. 3.4.0) for DMS 2 is finally out.

It took longer than I expected, due to some hard-to-find issues.

Unfortunately, this update does not provide additional external link(s).

I will add that feature as soon as possible. Probably 'till the end of the week.

Best regards,

Bestrag
