I purchased the OUT OF THE MEDIABOX        section.

Generally a great product :)

... but following PROBLEM

  • landscape image (eg. 3 x 2)
  • on a small screen (iPhone)
    • image sizes in height down
    • but aligns to top
  • RESULT:
    • headline of hover element alings at bottom
    • and a white area obens in between
    •
    • Media.png

What is the chance for you to fix it?

How can I help menntime?

other issue

  • when entring a image hight - via settings
  • the image squeezes in it´s dimensions (not looking nice)

Hello,

Thanks for purchasing, glad you like it.

I've not been able to recreate your issue locally, could you post a link to your site?

Thanks

Pls look at http://StmConsult.net

Actually no matter what the IMAGE size is
- resize the window of your browser
- see somewhere below -1000px of window
- at the bottom of the media box (Behring overlay)
- that the image squeezes up

Setting a max hight - results in a squeezing of the image - not looking good!
The requirement would be - the image to fill the space without squeezing - maybe in one direction to slide behind the border

Hello,

Thanks for the feedback. I have looked at your site and this is what I can see:
http://screencast.com/t/lNN23WMhMy8z
The images are resizing as per the browser size and I can see no additional padding.

Perhaps you can make a screencast or a screengrab to illustrate the problem?

Thanks for the reply again, thats great

so what i would be suggest is that you modify the minimum height - currently the mosiac block is set to 250px - if you make it 0 that should work.

you can play with this to suit your needs.

.mosaic-block {
min-height: 0; }

tax for your reply, but it does not work.

I put the code in

  • custom CSS
  • child theme style.css

Should the code be somewhere else?

,Michael

Hello,

You can try changing the outofthemediabox.css file

this can be found inside the section/plugin

make sure you back up in case you need to roll back.

HI there

If your image size is not the required size, then you can just resize the image size as you wish. That would be more convenient if you own a fine tool.

There are many image tool which supports to do any image process. Then you can just try their free trial to help you out.
