Are there any recent issues resulting in the RevSlider NOT showing up in a mobile view?   I cannot seem to figure this one out.

Hi,

The RevSlider section is still loaded. However, you have the following CSS which is causing it to use the CSS property display: none;

@media screen and (max-width: 640px) and (min-width: 320px)
.section-revolution-slider, .section-revslider {
display: none;
}

Remove this from your custom CSS and it should resolve your issue.

Thanks Danny.  I found it in the styles.less file ... and removed it ... and it didn't seem to do the trick. I am using the Flatten theme so I wonder if it is part of the intended design.

I added it back - since the removal didn't change the mobile view. It actually caused a few bugs for the DMS editor and I had to deactivate and reactivate the theme completely.

When I inspect the element, it isnt showing up for me ... I did find it in the styles.less file for the Flatten theme ... but not with the inspect element tool

Since Flatten is a third party theme, you will need to get assistance from the author of the theme. I have now moved your topic to the correct forum location, as the RevSlider works perfectly in DMS and I do not have access to the theme myself.

Yes, I am curious too.  The Revolution slider works perfectly on full screen browsers but disappears completely on mobile screens.  Is there a way to use this feature on mobile devices too?

This is certainly a question many have but the developer will not answer. It is sold as a fully responsive theme but the slider does not work in mobile view. If the developer can not fix this he should return our money and have it taken off the pagelines site or at least tell people the slider does not work in mobile view before you buy it. It should and there is no reason not except that there is a problem with the theme and the developer is not telling anyone how to fix this.

Very unhappy with the flatten theme :( Will be the last theme I buy from pagelines if pagelines can not make sure these themes work before they are put on the pagelines store

Hi,

The slider never was showed in small mobile devices for performance and aesthetics.

If you want to show the slider you can, please add the follow code in the CSS/LESS field:

@media screen and (min-width : 320px) and (max-width : 640px) {
    .section-revolution-slider,
    .section-revslider{
        display: block !important;
    }
}

and the slider will show.

Best
