IE 11 CSS showing white bars

I have finalized a pageline site but ONLY on ie11 i see white bars top and bottom, i have tried to adjust but then all other browers get affected... any ideas...

Although I don't have access to IE11, you have two things which are rather peculiar on your site, basically in your page source I can see PHP or code that is supposed to be PHP. PHP is a server side language, meaning its impossible for your PHP code to be seen in your websites page source.

Therefore, I am incline to think this is the cause of your issue. I recommend you remove this incorrect code from wherever you have added it.

Then at the bottom of your page source you have this:
Also the closing delimiter in PHP isn't </php> its actually ?> and this is only required if there is text after your PHP.
