All in one twitter css

Twitter uses an iframe to deliver the content, so it can't be styled with CSS. This is a huge complaint among the twitter developer community.

I have been trying to style this section with not luck at all. I am sure I am missing something. 

 

CSS that I have tried and worked when i inspected the element but they dont when applied to css in dms.

 

.timeline {
margin-bottom: 10px;
background-color: #b90d0d;
border-radius: 5px;
color: white;
}
.timeline-header .summary a:link {
color: #F7F7F7;
}
 
tried these in css/less______________________________________________
 
#twitter-all-in-one-dms .timeline {
margin-bottom: 10px;
background-color: #b90d0d;
border-radius: 5px;
color: white;
}
#twitter-all-in-one-dms .timeline-header .summary a:link {
color: #F7F7F7;
}
