I recently purchased the Video Background section because I would like my homepage to display a video in the background. Before this, I attempted to use the mb.YTPlayer plugin freely available on Wordpress. Both this section as well as the plugin resulted in the same thing. The audio can be heard, but there is no visual. But when I publish the changes and use a browser in which I am not logged in, and because I am using W3 total cache, the page is broken and the video can be seen playing along with the audio. Obviously I cannot keep it this way, because the page is all scrambled and disconjointed when the page cache isn't flushed.

There has always been this little area near the bottom of my footer that remains white despite my background being an entire other color (pale green). When I drag new sections onto the page and pull them down towards the footer, the screen will keep going and eventually the whole video appears. I mention these two things because although I have been working with my website for a few years, I am still a novice when it comes to all the technical stuff.

Is there something I can do to fix this? Why is it that this section will not function properly or why is it being hidden behind all that green (my background color)?

Also, I will be seeking a refund if we find a solution that also enables the free wordpress plugin to function as well or if we find no solution at all.

I attempted to contact the creator of this plugin via his site, but there were no means to do so (not accepting registration/no text box for submitting request).

Near the bottom of this screen capture, you can see the darker green color. That is the video playing in the background and the area of the footer that typically remains entirely white despite my background color being green.

Hi there, the author of this plugin handles support via a forum he has here on the PageLines forum. I have moved your topic into there so he can advise further for you.

Is it possible to just do that on the homepage, and if so, how would I go about doing that?

Thank you,

@ahansson89 Hello, I have a question before buy your amazing section.

Background video appears in the all area of the page or only in a specific section?

I would like to use like a section.

Thanks :)
