Issue with browsing images

Question

Posted · Report post

When I try to add media to a section, like boxes or media box, etc, the window isn't displaying properly. I've attached an example. Any idea what I should do here please? Website is http://maingardguitars.com

Thanks

Nate

right click anywhere on the page, click inspect element. The great big thing that appears at the bottom is the chrome dev tools.
Now click the console tab at the top of the now found tools. This is the javascript debugging console.

Now in your page open the media popup like before, select an image and click add to page and see if there is any debugging text spewed into that console.

Are you using nextgen gallery? There is two fatal errors there ( in red ) i think it might be that plugin.

yes, using nextgen. All my media is unfortunately in nextgen galleries and there ain't no way to move it all to my normal media folder, which SUCKS.

I have patched the 1.1.5 zip.

So go to wp-admin => appearance => editor.

open style.css and at the top you will see your current theme version (1.1.5) change it to 1.1.4

This will trigger an update in WordPress and you will get the patched version.

Whooops. Ok, well I tried to add an image to ibox 1 on this page: http://maingardguitars.com/models/. It now lets me add the image...but the image doesn't show up on the actual page, even after publishing and refreshing.

Ok, now I haven't used the ibox's before, but I assumed it would auto-resize to fit the image I put in there...that ain't happening. Can I make it happen? Is there documentation for ibox settings? With the old box's in pagelines frameworks they weren't limited to little circles...

I also have this issue! I'm fully updated, both on WP and DMS. I did the 1.1.4 -> 1.1.5 update-trick, but it made no difference.

The window is obviously not rendering correct, and I cannot insert an image from within the menu. I also tried using a childtheme but the issue remain.

I do not use any gallery plugins, and only have like 20 images in total.

Please look into the issue, since more than one have this problem.

Thank you.
