Hello there,

I am trying to shorten the distance (d) between the title of the page and the menu.   The page is   http://lacasarojas.c...nish/argentina/

I am using Flatten theme. and I tried to reduce the top-margin to 10px from 80px, It works in Firebug but not in custom area in DMS.

element.style {
    margin-top: 10px;
}

any idea how to do this?

Thanks

Luis

Hi Luis

When you see an area in the inspector which has element.style you need to replace that with the ID for the section.

#page-main {

    margin-top: 10px !important;
}

The space at the bottom seems to be coming from a bunch of empty <p> tags. http://screencast.com/t/9QVSKFpF
Check in that section in html view to remove/delete them.

Hi there,

Thank you very much.

I checked the <p> tag. Those must come from a "section area". How can I eliminate it?

In the pic below, in that section is where the "navbar" is located. The 'navbar" goes automatically to the upper part of the section. In other hand, If I place the "navbar" in the section above it does the same thing and besides the pic is in the background.

Is there a way to place the navbar in the bottom part of the section?

Thanks a lot,

Luis

It appears you have added offset to the Navbar, this is why it is being positioned the way it has.

In regards to the Margin-top, this is related to the theme itself, therefore I have moved your topic the store forums, as our staff do not provide support to third parry themes, sections or plugins.
