Better iboxes Explorer 8 problem

Best Answer ahansson89 , 02 December 2013 - 04:19 PM

I would tell them to switch browser.

I do not have any devices that have ie8 on it, so I am not able to test how it looks on ie8. Even if I had ie8, I wouldnt spend my time fixing bugs for it.

If you come up with a solution with some custom css, let me know and I can add it to the plugin.

We have a client who's whole office is using IE8 still, http://fulfilmentwarehouse.co.uk

If we drag better iboxes on the page and test it in browserstack IE8 emulator it looks fine. When we add images and text the iboxes stack above each other in a single column.

Any idea what we can do?

Thanks

wish I could, their office is still on XP! I had to sign up for a browserstack.com account to see what it looked like on IE8 (they have an emulator for every browser type).

I'm not going to spend hours sorting this out.

Thanks anyway

We really need to offer better support for IE8. An astonishing number of people I work with still use it. And XP.

really, I was surprised that their office was on XP.

I'm going to use a dirty work-around and convert the iboxes into images
