Hi!

I bought copy pasta recently but can;t figure out how to make it work.

It says in the presale page that it can 'copy options from one instance of a PageLines Section to another Section within their website' and I understand that this means it can copy options from one section on one page to another section on another page.

But, so far, i can only copy options within the same page - which is completely useless as cloning also does it.

Am I missing something?

Hi,

When you have a question regarding a store product please use the store forum, as PageLines staff do not provide support for third party extensions. I have moved your topic to the correct forum for you.

Hi, I could not find any support options for this plugin either on the store forum topics. Could it be added please?

I have an issue also that it doesn't seem to copy data from iboxes between pages which was the purpose for buying it.

HI Graham, I was hoping it would be a reply to my original request ... not sure what happens with this section, it looks like an orphan .. should we open a new thread? Maybe someone will reply ...

I just purchased the plugin too - and having difficulty getting it to work.

IMO, Pagelines should remove the plugin when there are number of basic inquiries concerning usage - with no response from developer. So far my experience with most store products has been great.

Its not clear if this developer is active, abandoned development/support for this plugin.

I guess in the future, before purchasing, its a good idea to search through this forum to see if there are any outstanding issues.

Yes, thinking on the same line.

The developed can be contacted here. I did and got a reply but still, nothing really working.

I have been thinking of buying this. Would you recommend it? Pagelines really needs a built-in copy-paste function.

Hi Olly @Mention,

No, would not - i may be too much of a newbie but could never make it work and feel i just lost 10$.

Yes, an inbuilt copy-paste would do great but, having said that, I am now cautious with the clone function as I had a few problems with it.
