Scroll Header Pro having trouble adding menu items for the scroll header pro

Question

Posted · Report post

hi.

I'm trying to use the Scroll Header Pro section on a DMS site. I'm not having any luck add the buttons.

I found some instructions that are pretty weak.  http://bestrag.net/scroll-nav/doc/

What am I supposed to do to add new buttons to the scroll header?

How do you customize their appearance?

the site I'm working on: http://www.lexingtonsewage.com/

I have a scroll header in there where it says Here I AM

thanks,

Are you talking about Scroll Nav DMS (one page navigation menu) or Scroll Header Pro (Header styling section that can also be used for creating anchors for Scroll Nav)?

On your site, you placed SHP on top of the page, not SNav.

Anyway, if you want to create one page with vertical navigation, place SNav or SNav Fixed where you want. After that, do one of the following:

1. copy "scroll-header" (without quotes) class to styling classes of any section, column or section area.

2. create your custom header in content or TextBox (example code can be found on SNav docs)

3. place any number SHP between section on your page

after refresh, menu items on SNav will be created for each anchor on the page. ("Anchor" is any HTML element with "scroll-header" class and unique id).

Then go to SNav section options and set title, subtitle and/or Icon for each menu item and you are ready to go.

Sorry for incomplete documentation, it will be finished in upcoming days.

We will provide video tutorials with examples of SNav use.

well... yes.

sorry, but scrolling menu is Scroll Nav DMS, not Scroll Header Pro.

Together, they make great kit for easily creating one page sites.
