Template Issue

Hello DMS Team, 

 

I am having an issue with templates. I have several created. I am able to successfully use them when I am editing on the front end. Meaning if I "load" the template everything works great. 

 

Here is the problem - I just went live and handed it over to the client. She created a new page and selected the "full-width" template and it will not recognize the change. The only way to get the full width template to work is to go to the front end and load it. 

 

That is fine for me, but really not practical at all for any of my clients. 

 

Is this a known issue? Any solutions?

Hi Jenna,

 

Unfortunately, there is no solution, the issue has been reported already.
